Wellness is a journey. Choosing to not just be fit, but be well is an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision. I work with clients of all walks of life to increase health and wellness and keep them on their journey for a healthy lifestyle, whether that be working towards an event/sport or to simply stay active and healthy throughout their lives. Work one-on-one to increase endurance, strength, power, and core strength. Exercises and workouts will be based on the individual goals of the client.

Group Fitness

Strength & Stamina

Outdoor training that will get your heart rate pumping. Groups are kept small to ensure all participants maintain proper form and posture. Click below to join a class.

Buddy Training

Look Good, Feel Good

Working out is always more fun with a friend or partner. Semi-private lessons focus on goals of both clients.

Online training consist of zoom classes, wellness coaching, and emailed programs fir to meet your needs. You will have access to online tracking and content when it best fits your schedule.

A Leaner You

Weekly plans will be emailed to you aimed at losing fat and toning your muscles. Tracking done via a private app.

6-Week Wellness Training

Holistic Health

Each week a new component of wellness will be targeted. Two, one-hour sessions (zoom or phone) plus materials to help improve your wellness each week.

Nutrition and Fitness

Nutrition and Performance

Total body workout plan and nutrition suggestions will be sent via a private app. Short and long term goals will be used to create lifestyle changes. You will have access to a messaging the trainer, fitness history tracking, measurement tracking, and diet tracking through the app.

A Faster You

Increase speed and endurance to help you create a personal record in your next 5k (or 10k, or 1/2 marathon or marathon). Price may increase with increased training and distance.

Youth Fitness

Move and Be Well

Youth fitness classes that include obstacle courses, implements, and fun games! Get kids moving and active the fun way! Email for information on days/times of sessions.

Speed and Agility

Quick Change 

Increase speed and agility to help with sports like football, soccer, and basketball. Email to set up a unique schedule and plan based on your sport and current skill level.
